We took Naomi downtown to the little "water park". She doesn't look too happy in these pictures, but she loved it. She loves getting outside and seeing people and she was intrigued by the water shooting up in different spots.
We started out with the small little water spouts, but then she saw the big ones and of course she had to go see. I'm surprised she wasn't scared since the water is pretty powerful, but she likes to do what big kids are doing.
Naomi also likes to drink out of water bottles and real cups...basically whatever we are drinking she wants. She has recently started making a kind of "kissing/fishy" sound with her lips and I think it's when she wants a drink of something. She likes to take my waterbottle and try to drink out of it. She can't suck through the straw, but she does get a little water somehow.
After living in apartments, we are enjoying the outside space at our house. Naomi loves to be outside. Here she is carrying around this toy off her baby swing that's pretty heavy. She picks up the heaviest things like it's nothing. She's stronger than me I think!

Even though it's summer, Daddy is already getting Naomi geared up for football season. She has lots of Texas attire thanks to her grandparents/aunt. Maybe we'll be able to teach her the "hook em horns" sign by the first game.
