Again I didn't take any pictures beforehand I like should have, but here is a picture from Naomi's 1st birthday with our HUGE front landscaping. The bushes covered up about 1/4-1/2 of our windows!
We just recently painted the door red, it was white. And we'd like to get a full glass storm door, but it will have to either be custom ordered because of the size of the door or we might just put in a new door. But for now it's fine as is and I think the red defintiely helps add some color to the very white house!
It was a big job to get those humongus azaleas and boxwoods out. Their root system was so big it went half way across the yard! My uncle had to bring in his tractor to uproot them!
Now, much more manageable and appropriate!
