It's hard to believe our baby girl is already a month old! Naomi has grown so much and is learning and becoming stronger every day and the praise the Lord for that. Her most recent weight was 9 lbs 7 oz. She loves to 'talk' to us and look at us. She sometimes follows items/people with her eyes and is starting to notice toys hanging abover her. Her neck is getting very strong and she can hold it up on her own some. Naomi loves to go outside. If she starts to get fussy (like when she's sleepy...she doesn't want to miss anything going on and finds it hard to make herself go to sleep) and I take her outside she will calm down almost instantly!
She also started to smile at us at around 4 weeks!
She doesn't do it all the time, but we love it when she does smile.

Naomi had a visit from my college roommate and friend, Nicole. We were so glad she came all the way from Alabama and it was great to see her. Naomi even smiled at Nicole!
Well, the old camry is gone...it was totaled from Spencer being rear-ended. But God graciously provided an even better car for us...this 2003 Corolla. Naomi enjoys going outside in her baby carrier. Her eyes get so big and she loves to look up at the sky!
Isn't it great when they start smiling! It is like a breath of fresh air!!! :)
